Aesop's Sound Fables celebrates its three-year anniversary with a screening of Salomé on the rooftop of Ornithology Jazz Club. The silent film will be accompanied by an original semi-improvised live score performed by Mike Nowotarski (Guitar), Rosalie Avery (Bassoon), and Fox Indigo (Cello/Keyboard). Tickets also grant access to Ornithology's downstairs space, featuring live jazz from various New York City musicians.

Based on Oscar Wilde's play, the films tells the story of how Salomé agrees to dance for King Herod in return for the head of John the Baptist.
