We are delighted to welcome artist and filmmaker Stephanie Barber for a special screening, talk, and performance. Barber will present a selection of videos from her unique project, "Jhana and the Rats of James Olds or 31 Days/31 Videos," which involved creating a new video every day over a period of 31 days in a public gallery at the Baltimore Museum of Art. She will also share insights into the creative process and the experience of exhibiting these works, marking the forthcoming release of a DVD compilation dedicated to the project.

Stephanie Barber's film and video works uniquely blend photography, poetry, music, and live performance, creating a sensibility that is comical, lyrical, and melancholy. This project saw Barber creating a new video daily in a central gallery at the Baltimore Museum of Art, aiming to produce short, poetic videos in the spirit of daily meditations and the Oulipo movement.
